R3 — For receivers

The R3 uploaded its readings over the cellular network while the shipment was moving. There is no USB export step on arrival — nothing to unplug and nothing to connect.

1. Scan the QR code

Scan the QR code printed on the front of the device. The trip record opens straight in your browser — tap Open Link when the phone asks what to do with the link.

2. Other ways to open the record

• Cydiance app — Google Play, App Store, or WeChat. See Cydiance App.
• Vista — type the serial number from the device label.

Sharing and alerts are available in the app when your account has them enabled.

Note: You are only reading the record. Scanning the QR code does not stop the R3 and does not change its data.
